The Hiring Confidence Index, which results from CPHR Manitoba's semi-annual Manitoba HR Trends survey that was conducted this past fall, measures how Manitoba employers feel about hiring over the next six months. The index emphasizes how confident HR Professionals are that they can hire the right people to fill open positions; it also incorporates views on growth in the number of positions. Read More Here
We are seeking proposals for concurrent sessions that are innovative, though-provoking and provide practical tools that can be implemented in the workplace. Sessions are one hour in length.
