We are already halfway through the 2017-2018 year. Now is the perfect time to update your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) log! 

CPHRs are required to report a minimum of 100 hours of professional development activity over each rolling three year period and a minimum of 20 hours each year in order to maintain the CPHR designation.

CPD signifies continued mastery of the CPHR Competency Framework, which outlines 44 discipline specific professional competencies. 

You need to have your log updated by May 31 each year. The CPHR Manitoba annual reporting process for CPD is entirely online -  make sure you are signed in as a member.
