The Westman Chapter invites you to a complimentary come and go evening to kick off the 2015-2016 year. This session will explore the issue and scope of substance abuse in the workplace. Participants will also investigate the roles, responsibilities and duties of employers when assisting employees with substance abuse problems. Participants will finally look at tools and strategies to help them accommodate the substance abusing employee and help them assure a successful return to work.
