This session will explore the issue and scope of substance abuse in the workplace. Participants will also investigate the roles, responsibilities and duties of employers when assisting employees with substance abuse problems. Participants will finally look at tools and strategies to help them accommodate the substance abusing employee and help them assure a successful return to work.

Duties include assisting at the registration desk, greeting delegates, providing directions and assistance to delegates and monitoring concurrent sessions and keynotes. 


 

IBM has executed a significant HR Transformation over the last 10 years. The CHRP Validation of Professional Experience Assessment is a formal step in earning the CHRP designation that requires Candidates to demonstrate three or more years of professional experience in Human Resources within the last ten years. 

To gain your CHRP designation through the assessment experience, CHRP candidates will be required to submit a completed application. This application will need to be validated by your current employer. In order to be eligible to submit an application you need to be a Candidate (someone who has passed the NKE) and have had your proof of degree verified. 

The next submission deadline is September 15.
