This session will explore the issue and scope of substance abuse in the workplace. Participants will also investigate the roles, responsibilities and duties of employers when assisting employees with substance abuse problems. Participants will finally look at tools and strategies to help them accommodate the substance abusing employee and help them assure a successful return to work.

Amendments to the Canada Labour Code could affect how you pay employees for the Canada Day Holiday.
