You will become a student of human behaviour: understanding what your brain does under pressure and how that affects your decision making and the impact you have on others. CPHR
CHRP candidates must complete an Experience Assessment requirement to obtain their CHRP designation.
The Experience Assessment requires CHRP candidates to demonstrate three or more years of professional experience in Human Resources within the past ten years. The Experience Assessments have been in effect since February 2013. The Validation of Professional Experience Committee will be offering an information session on how to effectively complete the Validation of Experience requirement and answer any questions you may have. This session would be worthwhile for any individual who is seeking or considering obtaining their CHRP designation.
