The Importance of Customer Service
Did you know that a 2% increase in customer retention has the same effect on profits as cutting costs by 10%? When a customer leaves your business feeling upset, angry or even satisfied, but not wowed, the chance of that customer coming back is low. You not only lose revenue from the unhappy customer, you lose out on potential customers who hear about the negative experience. Great customer service, delivered consistently, happens when a strong customer service strategy is in place. Learn the full impact of mediocre or poor service on the bottom line, how employee engagement and excellent customer service are intricately related and the four key components to developing a strong customer service strategy.
