The CHRP Validation of Professional Experience Assessment is a formal step in earning the CHRP designation that requires candidates to demonstrate three or more years of professional experience in human resources within the last ten years. 

To gain your CHRP designation through the assessment experience, CHRP Candidates will be required to submit a completed application. This application will need to be validated by your current employer. In order to be eligible to submit an application you need to be a Candidate (someone who has passed the NKE) and have had your proof of degree verified.

The next submission deadline is September 15.

We are pleased to announce our new Events and Marketing Coordinator, Lindsey Kruschel. 

Reporting to the Events, Sponsorship and Marketing Manager, Lindsey is responsible for assisting with the coordination and marketing of the Association, the CHRP, and all HRMAM special events, in collaboration with volunteer committees, to deliver valued programs and exceed customer satisfaction.  

Lindsey graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and Community Development.  Her career so far in sport and recreation has consisted of roles with the 2012 World Women's Curling Championships, GoodLife Fitness and Recreation Connections Manitoba.   Her expertise in event management, volunteer coordination, marketing and communications will be a great addition to HRMAM.  

"I am looking forward to working with the staff, volunteers and partners of HRMAM to coordinate the existing events and new initiatives in the future.  I am excited to bring creativity into this position and assist the organization in achieving their goals," says Lindsey.
