The CHRP Validation of Professional Experience Assessment is a formal step in earning the CHRP designation that requires candidates to demonstrate three or more years of professional experience in human resources within the last ten years. 

To gain your CHRP designation through the assessment experience, CHRP Candidates will be required to submit a completed application. This application will need to be validated by your current employer. In order to be eligible to submit an application you need to be a Candidate (someone who has passed the NKE) and have had your proof of degree verified.

The next submission deadline is May 15.

In the news...
As of January 31, 2014, automated external defibrillators (or "AEDs" as they are commonly known) are required in designated public buildings in Manitoba pursuant to The Defibrillator Public Access Act (the "Act"). Manitoba is the first province in Canada to develop legislation requiring AEDs to be available on certain sites. For more information, click here

Are women called Bossy more often than men? If so, what impact does that have on the overall picture of gender equality in leadership positions? The gender wage gap and women's roles in leadership are popular, and sadly sometimes polarizing topics of conversation.
