HR Tech Conference is the annual event for people involved in the technology of Human Resources. It marries software - which I love - with people, talent, human capital, which is another area I'm passionate about. Technology has been dominating the HR and Talent Management space for the past decade - with more "real serious widespread adoption" happening in the past year. Has it's application plateaued? Is HR finally taking a more active role in driving user adoption? Are there more exciting developments on the way that help to recruit, retain and engage your talent?
