To further support the Continued Professional Development needs of our growing population of Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHRs), and in recognition of the quality of some of the HR professional development programs offered throughout Manitoba, we are proud to offer the CPHR Manitoba Accreditation Program. The Validation of Professional Experience is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. There are three VPE intakes per year. The next submission deadline is May 15, 2017. Have questions about preparing your VPE submission? Attend one of our upcoming information sessions! Continuing Professional Development signifies continued mastery of the CPHR Competency Framework and is a requirement to maintain the CPHR designation. CPHRs are required to report a minimum of 100 hours of professional development activity over each rolling three year period and a minimum of 20 hours each year. All CPHR members must have all activities entered into their online log by May 31, 2017 for the period of June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2017. Have questions about completing your log? Upcoming CPD Information Sessions The NKE is an academic exam that is a requirement for many pursuing the CPHR designation and assesses one's knowledge of the Competency Framework. The exam is only offered twice per year, in June and November annually. Effective February 1, 2017, HRMAM will be known as CPHR Manitoba, the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Manitoba.
