CPHR Manitoba's HR Conference 2018: Join the HRevolution takes place on October 23 & 24, 2018, at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg with a networking reception, an exciting line-up of 17 breakout sessions and four keynote speakers, including Scott Stratten, President of UnMarketing.

Join Scott in a discussion about HR in the Age of Disruption: Seperating Fact From Fiction:

Controversial employee social media posts that can bring a brand down on its knees? It's no wonder our keynote, Scott Stratten, is thankful he's no longer in HR. From the trenches of HR to a five time best selling business author, he will take you through the ever-changing landscape and separate fact from fiction in this disruptive world.

Key takeaways:

  • Hiring and Retaining Millennials.
  • How to handle the fallout from an employee gone rogue, online and off.
  • Why insubordination should be a promotable offence, not a fireable one.
