CPHR Manitoba's HR Conference 2018: Join the HRevolution is returning on October 23 & 24, 2018, at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg with a networking reception, four keynote speakers and an exciting line-up of 17 breakout sessions, including 2018 Human Capital Trends: The Future of HR, facilitated by Lizanne Roziere, Director in Deloitte's Human Capital Managerial Design practice:

Canadian organizations face a world of accelerating technological advances that are driving profound shifts in the workforce, the workplace, and the very nature of work. Organizational people practices, from learning to leadership to performance management, are being reinvented as a result of technology. What are the major disruptive forces behind these changes, and what impacts will they have on the work we do, the workers we’re hiring and the workplace they demand?  What can HR do to take the lead?  Join us as we unpack Deloitte’s 2018 Human Capital Trends report, and examine some of the top trends impacting Canadian businesses and HR.
