CPHR Manitoba is waiving the $150 Validation of Professional Experience assessment fee when you submit your application by May 15! To learn more, click here. The VPE is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. All CPHR members are required to have all activities entered into their online CPD log by May 31, 2018. CPHRs must report a minimum of 100 hours of professional development activity over each rolling three year period and a minimum of 20 hours each year. All CPHR Manitoba events will appear in your log automatically. You are not required to enter these manually. Be sure to keep your supporting documents for all CPD hours gained within the previous three years - you will need them if you get audited. Have questions about CPD or completing your log?
