Are you planning to submit for the next Validation of Professional Experience (VPE) submission deadline on May 15, 2018? CPHR Manitoba will waive the $150 Validation of Professional Experience assessment fee when you submit your application! To learn more, click here. The VPE is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. Spring is coming! It's the perfect time of year to update your CPD log. CPD signifies continued mastery of the CPHR Competency Framework and is a requirement to maintain your CPHR designation and membership. CPHRs must report a minimum of 100 hours of professional development activity over each rolling three year period and a minimum of 20 hours each year.
