Interacting with difficult people can lead to anxiety, irritability, defensiveness, anger, mood swings and feelings of helplessness in the workplace. Consequently, productivity and morale are compromised. Our workshop provides you with the crucial tools to transform conflict into a springboard for positive change at work and beyond. Join us December 5, 2017. Click here to register.

No Degree? You can become a CPHR!

CPHR Manitoba's non-degree path recognizes HR knowledge and expertise gained through professional HR experience.

Steps to achieving the CPHR designation via Non-Degree Path

1. Pass the National Knowledge Exam (NKE)

2. Eight (8) years professional-level experience within the past fifteen (15) years

Click here to learn more about attaining the CPHR designation, with or without a degree, or contact Lori Brûlé, CPHR Designation Manager, by email at lori@cphrmb.ca, or call 204-943-3624.

CPHR Manitoba offers the in-person CPHR National Knowledge Exam (NKE) Preparation Course in partnership with CPHR British Columbia & Yukon.

This course is designed to help participants consolidate the knowledge they already have and - more importantly - identify where they need to focus additional studying in order to be successful in completing this multiple-choice assessment.

The NKE is an academic exam. It is important to be as prepared as you can be. The NKE in-person prep course will help you:

  • Assess your personal knowledge of each discipline area.
  • Design a personal learning plan.
  • Successfully sit the exam with greater confidence.
