Accountability is a Two Way Street - by Charles J. Meltzer, Ph.D.
One of the common challenges we hear from CEOs and other business leaders and managers is about the amount of time spent trying to hold employees accountable. The presentation and following dialogue will examine how to achieve true accountability and psychological ownership within an organization. But be prepared to find out that accountability is a two-way street.

The Executive Breakfast Series is presented by Aon Hewitt.
