The Validation of Professional Experience is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. 

There are three VPE intakes per year. The next submission deadline is September 15, 2017.

We are pleased to announce our new Marketing & Communication Coordinator, Tanya Misseghers.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, Partnerships & Membership, Tanya is responsible for developing marketing and communications plans for promoting the CPHR value to business leaders, HR professionals and students. She will lead the execution of many of our marketing, sponsorship and promotion intiatives while working closely with all staff.

Tanya graduated from The University of Winnipeg with a double-honours Bachelor's degree in French and History, and recently competed a Marketing Management Diploma with The University of Winnipeg Professional, Applied and Continuing Education.  Her career spans more than 15 years in the non-profit sector, most recently with The Arthritis Society, The University of Winnipeg Foundation and Health Sciences Centre Foundation.   Her expertise in client service, public relations, marketing and communications will be a great addition to CPHR Manitoba. 

"I am looking forward to working with CPHR Manitoba volunteers, members and staff to build awareness of CPHR Manitoba and demonstrate the value and benefit of the designation and membership. I am excited to bring creativity into this position and assist the origanization in achieving their goals," says Tanya.
