The Validation of Professional Experience is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. 

There are three VPE intakes per year. The next submission deadline is September 15, 2017.

Applications for the 2017-2018 Professional Mentorship Program are now being accepted!

The program provides an opportunity for HR professionals to grow personally and professionally through a collaborative partnership. Mentees and Mentors are paired based on common expertise and goals, providing a developmental opportunity for both parties. The program runs from September - April, including a kick-off event, wrap-up event and facilitation throughout by CPHR Manitoba.
