November NKE Date: November 4, 2017 In-person Prep Course Online Prep Course The Validation of Professional Experience is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. There are three VPE intakes per year. The next submission deadline is September 15, 2017. For more information on the VPE requirement, click here Continuing Professional Development signifies continued mastery of the CPHR Competency Framework and is a requirement to maintain the CPHR designation. CPHRs are required to report a minimum of 100 hours of professional development activity over each rolling three year period and a minimum of 20 hours each year. All CPHR members must have all activities entered into their online log by May 31, 2017 for the period of June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2017.
