IBM has executed a significant HR Transformation over the last 10 years. The University of Winnipeg JDC West team is looking for interested HR professionals to act as coaches/mentors. The team practices bi-weekly for 3 hours, followed by a 20 minute presentation. The 3 hours consists of an HR related business case, where the team acts as a consulting firm to provide solutions.
