Spotlight On... Natily Santos, Your Philadelphia Conference Host and Rising Star at Aramark

Meet Natily Santos, Prospanica Philadelphia Chapter President and Director Regional Sourcing & Supplier Diversity, Aramark Global Supply Chain & Procurement.

Raised in New York, Natily is one of five siblings, the daughter of parents who emigrated from the Dominican Republic. Always a high achiever, she received her BS in International Management from Johnson & Wales University, aided by a Junior Achievement Scholarship. She went on to receive her MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

In 10 years at Aramark, Natily has risen through the ranks from Senior Analyst in the Business Affairs and Compliance Group, to her current role and six years working at Aramark Global Headquarters in Philadelphia. Named one of Philadelphia Business Journal's 40 Under 40, this spring Natily was also named to the board of directors for the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

As her career has grown, Natily has also invested her time in advancing opportunities for others.  She supports Aramark's highly lauded Supplier Diversity program by collaborating with Aramark’s Diversity Office, Business Leaders and Legal stakeholders to develop sourcing and engagement opportunities for Small Businesses and Diverse Suppliers.

Throughout her professional accomplishments Natily has also strived create an empowering workplace environment and be a resource to others which led to the development of Impacto - Aramark’s first Hispanic Market & Employee Resource Group, which she is the founder and Chairperson. Impacto was recognized as 2016 Corporate Initiative of the Year by the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Natily has also been featured in a special Al Dia News editorial “The Rise of Hispanic Corporate Leaders in Philadelphia”.

Under Natily's leadership as President of the Prospanica Philadelphia, the chapter was recognized for producing the first Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership & Diversity Summit in 2016 in the region, which brought ERG Leaders from across industries together for training and best practice sharing.

Natily is also involved with planning the first Joint National Career Conference hosted by Prospanica and National Black MBA Association being held in Philadelphia September 26-30. The event is expected to bring a record number of attendees to the Philadelphia area, significant amount of exposure to diverse professionals and positive economic impact to the local economy.
