HAC 2018 Conference Housing – Open for Reservations

This year HAC is using an accommodation program. HAC is taking steps to reduce risk for our attendees to ensure you are only using valid links when booking your accommodation for the conference by engaging a new platform called RESIADA.
It’s Easy: For 2018 booking our host hotel, The Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver, or an overflow hotel if needed will be easy! Click on our secure link right here to the on line booking form, same as usual.
What’s Different? You will not be able to make new reservations directly with the host /overflow hotel or through their central or on line sites; ONLY by clicking on our secure link.
How Much? Like a hotel site, there is no fee to use the service; you will receive an acknowledgement that your reservation has been received.
Additional host hotels will be brought on-line as and when required.

BY BOOKING AT THE HAC CONFERENCE HOTEL
IMPORTANT: Don’t be fooled by “pirating” housing companies offering rooms for HAC 2018 Vancouver implying affiliation to HAC, or state that Vancouver hotels are already sold out. HAC engaged a new accommodation platform called RESIADA. Accommodation for HAC 2018 Vancouver host hotel, Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver and any other HAC 2018 conference hotel at the HAC 2018 conference rate is open through the HAC housing site ONLY.
HAC will secure additional desirable hotels within walking distance to the conference should the host hotel, Fairmont Waterfront not be able to accommodate your requirements. We will advise when these properties becomes available. Please support your association by booking at the host hotels through HAC. HAC WILL NOT be responsible for reservations made outside the HAC block through unofficial suppliers.
