LEAD Program

The GTLA LEAD Class spent yesterday in Macon, GA for Session III of the 2015-16 Program: "GTLA's Department of Defense: Civil Justice PAC & Directed Giving." During this week's Session, LEAD participants had the opportunity to hear from GTLA members who serve on the Civil Justice PAC Board, Directed Giving Committee members, and well-respected members of the local Macon TLA. Our guest speakers took the LEAD class members "behind the curtain" and provided an in-depth analysis showing exactly how the PAC and Directed Giving have produced successful results for GTLA and highlighted the important roles that each of these two political fundraising arms play in our political environment. The LEAD Class will next meet on Feb. 24 at the State Capitol in Atlanta for Session IV: "A Day at the Capitol" with GTLA's Legislative Team.
