Talent Generation is the result of considerable research on how the most successful organizations in existence today are engaging talent, especially young talent. Presently, employee turnover is costing an estimated $30.5 billion annually in the US, and an average of 10,000 Boomers retire every day. Meanwhile, 62 percent of membership associations have observed declining engagement – a trend that was first noted in 1994.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), by 2020 the number of people 60 years of age and older will outnumber children under the age of 5, and by 2050, the world’s 60 population is expected to reach 2 billion people. The future of aging, however, is not defined by demographic trends alone. It is also about emerging scientific and technological developments, shifting cultural and social norms and the exercise of economic and political power. Join Jeff De Cagna, FRSA, FASAE to explore these topics. There is a 20 percent discount for GSAE members registering by August 30 using the code August20.

Upcoming CAE-accredited webinars from HighRoad U, a podcast from Jeff De Cagna, FRSA, FASAE, a blog post about marketing trends from MemberClicks, new material from Lighthouse Counsel, and more.
