With so many of us accessing media content through alternate sources – like youtube – the opportunity for municipalities to speak directly to customers and beyond has never been greater. Some of our members have been doing a great job of leveraging these new opportunities to reach their customers and make lasting changes to customer behaviour or improve outreach.

 

Halifax Water has recently published two videos that do an excellent job of leveraging social media, and mixing humour with important issues!
