What’s a toque?

WEF Trustee Joanie Hawley (WEF’s Canadian Affairs liaison) and WEF Vice President Jackie Jarrell arrived in Alaska for the WEFXAX meetings unprepared with appropriate headwear. Here they are, sporting their newly acquired CWWA toques, and appreciating the beauty of the Alaskan coastline near Anchorage. Of course, when offered these hats, their first question was, "what’s a tuke?”
