Cityline Companies LLC is planing to develop CityLine at MLK Station, a mixed-use development in East Austin. The proposed project would be located at the northeast corner of MLK Jr. Blvd. and Alexander Avenue, directly across the street from Capital Metro’s MLK Jr. MetroRail station. The project proposes to provide 134,000 SF of office space, 11,000 SF ground-floor retail, and 36,000 SF multi-story residential.
