UNIVERSAL PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CERTIFICATION COUNCIL (UPPCC) ANNOUNCES NEWEST CERTIFIED PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OFFICER (CPPO)

 The Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) credentials, recognized throughout the public procurement profession, which demonstrate an individual's comprehensive knowledge of public procurement was awarded to Mr. Douglas B. Pindell, CPPO of Howard County Public Schools in Ellicott City MD.

 

The Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) is an independent entity formed to govern and administer the Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) and Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certification programs.
