Recently asked on ASHHRA Exchange:
“In your pre-employment screening, does your organization have one or two appointments with employee/occupational health? Years ago, we did the two appointment model (first appointment was for the drug screen and second appointment was for the health screening/TB testing/Respirator fit testing, etc.). We then went to a one appointment model to facilitate people coming in from out of town, to enhance the candidate experience, reduce the turnaround time between job offer and first day of employment. We are now exploring going back to a two appointment model and are wondering what you do in your organization.”
