"What is your policy for unvaccinated employees and surgical masks? The current policy is that unvaccinated employees are required to wear a surgical mask in all areas of the hospital when they are within three feet of another person. Essentially, they are required to wear their mask at all times except during their meal break in the cafeteria and in their office area."
