Recently asked on ASHHRA Exchange:
“Our organization holds a once-a-month clinic in a remote area of the state to fill in for lack of established coverage in our specialty. This typically requires an RN and a provider to spend two days away from home. It has been suggested to us that the remote clinic is a hardship and we've been asked to assess how we can "incentivize" participation. Does anyone have experience with this kind of incentive and suggestions for where to start in terms of establishing an appropriate monetary amount?”
