Recently asked on ASHHRA Exchange:
“We have recently received an influx of requests from our leaders to sponsor job postings on Indeed.com. We are not seeing the ROI from posting with Indeed and have found a lot of manual work and follow-up is being done to ensure positions are posted the way we'd like. We are a small, rural organization that does not have a dedicated recruiter actively recruiting candidates. What sources and job boards do you use for posting positions? What practices and resources have you found to be the most time- and cost-effective, especially for rural, hard-to-fill positions?”
