The Talent Development Director will be responsible for maximizing patient and business outcomes to a world-class level by cultivating in-house leadership, employee and provider talent through a multi-tier learning environment based upon core values, behaviors and competencies. Responsible for system-wide management and oversight of a team of recruitment professionals in leading the sourcing function, building and developing external relationships with colleges and affiliations and the development and execution of recruitment plans and strategies for various critical positions and pre-qualified talent pools for various positions. 

Plans, coordinates and directs day-to-day operations of human resources including training and development programs for the District.

Functions as a seasoned senior-level compensation professional providing high-level compensation consultative support including but not limited to innovative compensation design consultation with a strong ability to influence and build consensus with all key stakeholders and strategic program development and implementation in close partnership with HR business partner constituency along with those responsible for the compensation delivery model (i.e., Sutter Shared Services).
