Under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, maintains responsibility for the integrity and functionality of the hospital’s compensation program and HR computerized systems. Prepares market analysis of hospital salaries to assist director with determining whether the hospital is paying salaries that are equitable and competitive. Assists with the development, communication and implementation of all the components of the recognition and rewards program for the inclusion of base pay, bonuses and incentives where applicable. Creates reports, customized functions and integration of HR systems into all aspects of HR operations.
