HCA HR Operations Center - Nashville, Tennessee
This position will work 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) and will work a rotating weekend schedule. The HR Tier 2 Workforce Administration Representative is a member of the HR Service Center team, responsible for providing resolution on associate inquiries that are beyond the routine level of complexity. The HR Tier 2 Workforce Administration Representative will research the issue and take appropriate action to resolve or further escalate the issue to resolution. The position is specialized in policies and processes supporting HR functional transactional work and has an in-depth understanding of established policies and programs within HR. The HR Tier 2 Workforce Administration Representative will work under direction from an HRSC supervisor to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality and collaborates with Centers of Expertise (COEs), external Tier 2 (Payroll and HRIS) and third party providers when necessary.
