Manage the compensation program for Memorial Health System. Manage all market pricing activities to ensure internal equity and  external competitiveness while adhering to the organization’s compensation philosophy. Provide analytical expertise, guidance and interpretation of various compensation policies. Manage the high-level project planning components relating to compensation program revision, development and/or redesign.

Reporting directly to the chief human resources officer, this position will have responsibility for the strategic, tactical planning and implementation of an HR business partner service delivery model across Vidant Health, focused on processes, procedures and services that support the strategic direction of the system and each member entity. The vice president will function as a member of the Vidant Health Human Resources leadership team as well as serve as lead HR business partner for the flagship hospital, Vidant Medical Center. As a member of the executive leadership team of the medical center, she or he will partner in all aspects of the hospital’s strategic, operational and financial performance.
