The Physician Recruiter provides recruitment services to the Salem Hospital & West Valley Hospital service area physicians and physician groups; both internal to the system and external. The Physician Recruiter works with the Cabinet, medical staff members of SH & WVH in the identification and development of new physician opportunities and/or expanded programs and services, in which additional physician resources will be required to ensure that the hospital remains state-of-the-art and competitively positioned. The Physician Recruiter develops, executes, and manages project timelines, conducts internal and external assessments, and prepares strategic recruitment plans in conjunction with cabinet and physician project sponsors.

The Associate Administrator, Human Resources is responsible for all facets of human resources at the hospital. Responsibilities include but not limited to: development and administration of human resource policies, programs and practices, benefits, compensation, employee relations and performance management for the staff and management of USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. The Director of Inpatient Oncology Nursing is a Registered Nurse who is empowered to ensure the delivery of personalized, comprehensive care to patients admitted to the inpatient nursing units of the hospital. Serves as a role model for professional excellence in the administration and delivery of patient care through the use of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of staff, patient, departmental and organizational needs for the inpatient oncology areas. Areas of focus include development and implementation of philosophy, goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include 24 hour accountability for the delivery of excellent care through direct supervision of nursing supervisors on the inpatient oncology unit and the house supervisors.

Outstanding nursing leadership opportunity currently available at Campbell County Memorial Hospital, Gillette, Wyoming. Working in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, the Manager of the Emergency Department provides planning, direction, organization and leadership in the delivery of services within the department. The qualified candidate will bring the unique set of skills necessary to support the organization’s efforts to become a High Reliability Organization, and the vision to lead RML’s dual campus Patient Care Services division. Demonstrated success at the director or executive level in an acute care setting, with an emphasis on medically complex patients, especially those with ventilator and other pulmonary related diagnosis is highly desired.

The Patient Care Manager, along with the Associate Medical Director, is responsible for the following departments: Digestive Health Center, Gastroenterology and Colon/Rectal Surgery. The manager is accountable for daily operations and ensuring standards of care and quality of services are provided in accordance with organizational goals and priorities, determining fiscal requirements and prepares an annual budget for the department(s); monitoring, verifying and reconciling expenditures and revenues.

The Administrative Director, GI Service Line (ADGI) insures delivery of procedural services to patients in collaboration with the physician groups, and in accordance with the Alexian Brothers Health Network's mission and values, policies and procedures. The ADGI establishes and fosters physician relationships in relation to the GI Service Line including but not limited to gastroenterologists, surgeons, and oncologists. ADGI leads the coordination of services within the acute care ministries to maximize efficiencies and reduce waste and resource duplication.
