The Physician Compensation Analyst serves as an analyst in the physician compensation department. Ensures through audits, reports and personal contact that Compensation programs are consistently and confidentially administered in compliance with physician compensation plan, system policies and government regulations.

The University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville is currently seeking a Manager, Contact Center for the Health System Call Center.

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of contact center/customer service center; plan and implement contact center strategies, systems, and processes; effectively organize and supervise assigned employees and resources within the contact center.

As the Benefits Operations Manager for the Johns Hopkins Health System, you will oversee all of the centralized benefit services including a call center, health and welfare plan administration, tuition assistance programs and leave administration. Other responsibilities include managing a team of subject matter experts in the day-to-day administration of the benefits programs, overseeing employee inquiries and being responsible for communications with local hospital liaisons about process updates and procedure changes.

Will administer a regulatory-compliant, effective and efficient credentialing program, from analysis of applications through final approval by the Governing Board, for Medical Staff and Allied Health Practitioners within the requirements set forth in Medical Staff Bylaws and Federal/State laws.

Level III NICU with 26-bed beds including 15 ICU Beds, eight step-down beds, as well as three couplet rooms; manage a department with 90 employees, and the support of two Assistant Nurse Managers, a Clinical Nurse Specialist, a Discharge Coordinator, and a Developmental Care Nurse; excellent compensation, a generous relocation package, as well as a sign-on bonus is available.

The Clinic Director is responsible for administrative functions of assigned clinics, including all areas of operations. The Clinic Director oversees management and personnel and has direct responsibility for the specific functional areas of the assigned clinics. The Clinic Director reports to the Vice President of Mercy Iowa City.

The Human Resources Analyst is accountable for performing a wide range of Human Resources related duties at a high professional level and carrying out responsibilities such as: updating policies and procedures, maintaining job descriptions, and serves as the committee leader for the employee satisfaction survey.
