Working collaboratively with operational leaders, you will ensure the organizational goals met and that HR systems and processes are consistent with supporting business needs. Specific areas of attention include ongoing operations management, program implementation, and compliance assurance related to legal, JCAHO and other arenas, as well as coaching and consulting on recruitment and retention strategies.
