The Perioperative Supply Chain Supervisor ensures the daily operational and human resource management of staff within the department to provide direction of supply chain activities within Perioperative Services. Reports to the Administrative Director of Perioperative Services to ensure efficient process development and implementation across the Perioperative continuum.

Provide back-up and support for all payment analyst posting functions. Reviews and approves adjustment and refund requests within authorized limits. 

The CVOR Manager will direct and manage the operation, marketing, customer background, clinical outcomes and fiduciary responsibilities of 1 or more units. He/She is responsible for facilitating the planning, organization, implementation and control of the resources needed for optimal performance of the department in coordination with physicians, other clinicians and support staff. The CVOR Manager is accountable for delivery of high-quality care and for the administrative management of the department on a 24-hour basis.

Reporting to the Medical Center Director, the Administrative Clinical Manager plans, organizes, staffs and directs patient care on a daily operational basis in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This role is responsible for meeting JCAHO Standards, complying with corporate policy and procedures, for promoting teamwork, and achieving superior internal / external patient satisfaction scores. 

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Clinical & Support Operations. Develops and provides leadership for the execution of strategies to support the organization's vision in the ancillary and support services across Children's Medical Center. Broad responsibility for operations of multiple campuses and executing through subordinate leaders. Ensures quality, service, compliance and financial expectations are achieved. Sets strategy and assigns tactics for areas of responsibility and allocates resources to support. Has direct responsibility for multiple leaders and functional areas, including laboratory, radiology/imaging, pharmacy, and all areas of family support services.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Director of Cardiac Services will oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the cardiac service line in 11 practice locations and will ensure a high level of quality, patient care and overall patient satisfaction. Cardiac services include state-of-the-art diagnostic evaluation, cardiology risk factor management, cardiac rehabilitation and extensive cardiac research. The Assistant Vice President for Provider Services is responsible for the administrative, operational and medical-legal functions of the medical staff organization for multiple locations within the full continuum of patient care settings. The Leader is accountable for developing, establishing and enforcing medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations, and policies that govern activities of the medical staff and advanced clinical practitioners.

Responsible for the direction and oversight of the Medical Staff Services Department: Resource Medical Staff regarding Medical Staff Bylaws, rules, regulations and policies. Ensures that the activities of the Medical Staff Services Department are conducted in a manner consistent with accreditation standards, the mission of Kadlec Regional Medical Center, and established medical center policies and procedures.
