The Talent Management Analyst provides support and data management, data integrity, and reporting related to the talent management system. This position is responsible for utilizing a variety of configurations and maintenance tools of the applicant tracking software. The Analyst maintains the applicant tracking software, HRIS Master Tables, notifications, job catalog, and assessment administration, department and position codes, and job seeker and access setup. This position will assist with benefits enrollment, recruitment, compensation, and overall human resources department initiatives.

Director of Social Services needed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, an 800-bed academic acute care hospital, to lead and oversee all aspects of the Department of Social Services and related programs for hospitalized patients, clinic patients and their families. The department is a large, complex operation directing a team of more than 95 social workers and support staff.
