Conference Headquarters Volunteers

Volunteers are needed at Conference Headquarters – if you’re interested, please contact Heather Weishaar for a list of available shifts.

All session chairs and hosts must check in here prior to their scheduled session. Resource persons will be available throughout the entire conference to answer questions.

Conference Headquarters Hours
    • Thursday, January 24 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
    • Friday, January 25 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, January 26 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Conference Headquarters will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, East Tower, Gold Level.
Volunteers must be members of either IPRA or IAPD, and must be registered to attend the conference.
