Run As One

If they keep their eyes on the big picture, we all win. This is an example of how IPRA has operated this year, looking beyond individual needs and desires and looking at the association as a whole – many parts operating together.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the hundreds of people who've volunteered, worked and participated in this action-packed year. I am amazed by the selfless giving of time, energy and expertise. This year has been a non-stop adventure! Our itinerary was packed and is now a part of our history: a new web site and logo, revised bylaws, revised operating manual, development of the Membership Council, a new member manual, membership survey, revamping of the foundation and new and improved educational opportunities.

While my term comes to end, that doesn’t mean the work ends. Incoming Chairman of the Board John Curran and I have been working closely to create seamless transition as we transfer leadership. Goals and action plans are in place and we are excited about taking IPRA to an even higher level in 2012. Working diligently, communicating and committing ourselves to you to provide the best IPRA you have ever known.
